Information collected
The application requests student contact details, college information, internship preferences, institutional requirements and optional college guidelines. Do not upload identity documents, financial account details or unrelated sensitive information.
Purpose and access
Information is used to review applications, communicate next steps, administer internships and verify completion. Access to applications and documents is restricted to authorized administrators. Public certificate verification displays only the student name, domain, internship period, certificate number, issue date and verification status.
Service providers and retention
The portal uses hosted database and document storage. Satson must establish and communicate its retention schedule, support contact and provider details before public intake begins. Notification and payment integrations may require additional disclosures when enabled.
Your requests
To request access, correction or deletion, use the official Satson contact communicated during onboarding. An official privacy contact must be configured before public intake.
